Tori Ingram is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience assisting clients in navigating the mental health and addiction systems. As part owner of Transition House, Tori also runs other therapeutic outreach programs in Maryland and North Carolina. She specializes in outreach for incoming clientele and those needing longer-term housing after Transition House services. Tori assists clients and their families in developing safe and appropriate transitions, working closely with professionals in hospital settings, residential treatment centers, and outpatient clinics to ensure plans that promote long-term health and relapse prevention. Her roles have included discharge planning on inpatient hospital units, patient access, substance abuse treatment coordination, and medical coordination for DDA-funded homes.
